Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ge Fanuc ID16D,PT01A,ID16C,IF01D,A16B-1310-0010-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ircon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ircon such as the MR200218F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCM110 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC063C0MS3C095B1S001 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Square-D Brand MPCST21NAJ10T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as KJ2005X1BK1 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OSP5020 made by Okuma as well as the popular MMB3 original spares produced by Pyrotronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MG35400 by Merlin-Gerin and KJ2005X1BK1 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ORN50CFEH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ormec.
